The service

BirthPlan.me helps you build, save, and share a personal birth plan, along with related tools like a hospital packing list and a labor guide. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Everything on BirthPlan.me — including the plan builder, labor guide, articles, and checklists — is educational information, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment of your doctor, midwife, or care team, and you should always consult them about decisions concerning your pregnancy and birth. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. You are responsible for how you use the information and documents you create here.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Purchases and refunds

BirthPlan Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Pro features described at checkout for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is not an auto-renewing subscription — nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew. Payments are processed by Stripe.

If Pro isn't right for you, email support@birthplan.me within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Your content

The birth plans and preferences you create are yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and display them back to you and to generate your documents. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BirthPlan.me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
